How to Use Silicone Scar Sheets

  • Start using a silicone sheet once the wound is fully healed (at least 7 days after closure).
  • Can be used immediately on older scars if the skin is intact.
  • Wear a silicone gel sheet for 4–8 hours daily at first, then gradually increase up to 24 hours daily.
  • For best results, use at least 12 hours per day.
  • Recommended treatment duration is 60–90 days.
  • For optimal results, alternate between silicone gel sheets for scars and scar gel every 12 hours (do not use both at the same time).

Important Notes

  • Avoid using strong disinfectants on the wound as they may cause irritation.
  • The product creates a closed environment that may lead to temporary sensitivity in some cases.
