Urine Collection and Testing Instructions

1. Collect Urine:

   • Use a clean and dry container to collect the urine sample.

2. Apply Sample:

   • Place approximately 4 drops of urine into the circle indicated by the arrow on the test device.

3. Observe Results:

   • Wait and observe the results within one minute.
