Cat. #0011321: FINLAY CURRIE

Uncommon vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 3x5-inch tan card, acquired in-person by indefatigable autograph hound Janet Bruce in the 1950s and decorated with a small Players Directory image. In good condition, with a handwritten notation along the bottom edge. Venerable British character actor Finlay Currie was memorable in Great Expectations (1946) and Ben-Hur (1959), just two of the scores of films that he appeared in over the course of a four-decade screen career.
