Cat. #00104042: HEINE CONKLIN

Exceedingly rare vintage blue ballpoint pen signature-- just the second we have seen in 35 years-- beneath that of character actor Andy Clyde on a 4x6-inch tan album page, acquired in-person by a collector named Brenda in the 1950s. In good condition. Note that the image of the star shown alongside the scan of the autograph here is not included. Heine Conklin was one of the original Keystone Kops, remembered for his heavy eyebrows and thin, upside-down Kaiser Wilhelm mustache. After appearing in countless silent comedy films, he went on the excellent character work in classic talkies for over 40 years.
