Cat. #0008925: STEVE COCHRAN

Rather scarce vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 4 x 5.5-inch light grey autograph album page, acquired in-person in the late 1940s. In good condition. Before his tragic death of a pulmonary disease at the age of 48, good-looking, tough-talking Steve Cochran played womanizers, gangsters and psychopathic killers in films like The Best Years of Our Lives (1946), Copacabana(1947), White Heat (1949), The Damned Don't Cry (1950), Tomorrow Is Another Day (1951), Jim Thorpe-- All American (1951), and The Tanks Are Coming (1951).
